When I began studying public relations, I had a vague idea about what PR is. The more I learned, the more I truly enjoyed public relations and mass communication. Every industry, organization or person has a story to tell, and I LOVE that I can share their stories.
After (proudly) graduating from the Manship School of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University, I became the public relations/communications coordinator for the Louisiana Retired Teachers Association. The nonprofit and education sectors have always held a special place in my heart, and I am so excited that I am able to combine my passions with LRTA. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking and cooking, and watching true crime documentaries. In the future, I plan to work toward my APR (Accreditation in Public Relations). Thank you for taking the time to get to know me! |
